Fall 2008 is a crazy semester because our class will not meet until week 3!!! So, you will be responsible for familiarizing yourself with the basic concepts and terminology in week 1. We usually cover human versus non-human in week 4 but I have rearranged the sequence because of Labor day so really week 2 and 3 reading should be done together during week 2 (prior to the start of class on Monday of Week 3- Sept 8).
